With St. Patrick’s Day fast approaching are minds are set on satisfying Irish fare. This recipe is all that and more. A perfect way to celebrate the holiday!! Serve up this delicious dinner with some more cold stout and a crusty bun and you will feel Irish all over!! Tender pieces of steak are mixed in with mushrooms, onion and potatoes and served up with a delicious rich gravy. All done in one pot on your stove.
