Tomorrow at work, I’m bringing an entrée for lunch with colleagues! In France there is still the three course meal for lunch – entrée, plat, et dessert. It’s not done every day, but for me, today is a perfect day for an exception. With no time to go to the store – homework review for four, showers to supervise for two, laundry to get done, and a right arm still at work – my meal not only needed to be quick, it needed to be available in the cupboard. After a look through the cupboard I decided to make this quick chickpea chutney for a quinoa salad!
