Baked Tofu Cheese Patties from Rice & Coconut

Cheesy Baked Tofu with Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce

Tofu and cheese are ingredients that I never thought work well together, but this tofu cheese ball is the perfect twist of Asian and western flavors together. What started as an experiment recipe in my kitchen turned out so well that I’ve already made it second time! Bonus tip: you can cook tofu in scramble first just for more texture or just crumble it and mix with the rest ingredients in food processor.
