We love gluten free desserts that taste like we think they should: not crumbly, not hard, not grainy, just perfect, delicious, moist, and sweet. So when we found a recipe for gluten free snickerdoodles, we were ecstatic!
Bisquick makes a gluten free mix we love for pancakes and waffles, and it is the base for lots of recipes on the Betty Crocker website. Now, we know why – because it is diverse and doesn’t taste all that different from a regular mix, which makes these snickerdoodles all the more worth making.
